Join us for a transformative evening of healing and relaxation in Mill Hill. This event combines the restorative energy of sound with the healing power of meditation and Reiki, offering a unique experience for deep relaxation and balance.

Kim Milich will start the session with a guided meditation followed by Charlotte Simmons who will guide you through a mesmerising sound bath, where healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls wash over you, encouraging release from physical and emotional tension. Both Charlotte and Kim will give reiki energy healing during the session.

Mats, blankets & pillows will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own too.
