  • All business mentoring is currently offered online via Zoom, with additional support via WhatsApp voice notes and messaging on set days.

    My sound healing, Breathwork, and Reiki sessions are offered both online and in person (in North London/Hertfordshire area), depending on the format and group size.

  • My Soul-Led Momentum package includes one 30-minute strategy call per month and WhatsApp coaching on set days. It’s designed to keep you gently accountable and emotionally supported as you grow your business in real time.

  • Yes! My 1:1 containers are holistic by nature, which means we can integrate Breathwork or energy healing when needed, especially when emotional or visibility blocks are present. Strategy and embodiment go hand-in-hand here.
