Embodied Business is my signature 1:1 mentoring experience for holistic practitioners, coaches and heart-led business owners who know their work creates real transformation, but aren't yet turning that value into the clients, confidence and income they know they're capable of.

I use coaching, business strategy, marketing, breathwork, energy work and intuitive guidance throughout our time together depending on what you and your business need.

So what's included?:

We start with a 90-minute Embodied Business Deep Dive, where we'll look at your business as a whole, identify what's actually stopping you getting where you want to go and create your personalised roadmap.

You'll then have eight private mentoring sessions, used flexibly across 6–12 months depending on what is happening in your business.

You'll also have WhatsApp coaching and support between sessions, so when you're writing the offer, preparing to launch, questioning your pricing or about to talk yourself out of doing the thing we agreed you'd do, you don't have to wait until our next call.

You'll have a dedicated Breathwork or Energy Healing session when deeper work would support the shifts we're making, alongside intuitive guidance, including tarot where appropriate.

And where useful, I'll create personalised resources, templates and exercises for your business rather than giving you a generic workbook designed for everyone.

Why 6–12 months?

Because I don't want to cram your business growth into a strict 12-week container.

There will be periods when we move quickly.

You might be repositioning an offer, launching something new or changing your messaging and want more regular support.

Then there will be periods where the most useful thing you can do is implement what we've already created and see what happens in the real world.

The flexibility means we work at the pace your business actually needs, rather than having sessions for the sake of having sessions.
