Embodied Business is my longer-term 1:1 business coaching and mentoring programme for holistic practitioners, coaches and wellness business owners who have bigger ambitions for their business and want someone alongside them as they build them.
Over six months, we work on what's happening in your business as it's happening - the decisions, ideas, opportunities and challenges that come up as you grow.
That could mean creating a new offer, increasing your prices, building a stronger personal brand, becoming more visible, improving your marketing, creating new revenue streams or putting better systems in place so everything doesn't rely on you.
But we also work on the person behind the business.
Because I've built businesses for years and I know that every time you decide to do something bigger, something in you usually comes up with it.
I've had to work through my own fear around being more visible, charging more, selling bigger offers, taking up space, trusting my own decisions and doing things before I knew whether they were going to work!
And that's why I don't believe you can completely separate business strategy from the person implementing it.
Sometimes you need me to look at your business and tell you what I think you should do next.
Sometimes you already KNOW what you should do next and we need to look at why you're avoiding doing it.
