I've spent over 15 years working in business, marketing and fast-growing startups, and more recently I've built two businesses in the holistic and wellbeing space. So I've experienced both sides.

I understand strategy, messaging and marketing, but I also understand what it's like to build a business around work that's deeply personal to you.

And one thing I've realised is that some of the most talented practitioners struggle to communicate just how valuable their work actually is.

That's where I come in.

I help holistic practitioners and purpose-led business owners get clear on the transformation they create, communicate it in a way their ideal clients actually understand and build the confidence to stand behind their offers, prices and expertise.

Because you can be incredible at what you do, but if you can't communicate why someone should pay you for it, growing your business becomes much harder than it needs to be.

My approach brings together business strategy, marketing and coaching with breathwork, energy work and intuitive guidance when needed.

Sometimes we need to change the strategy and sometimes we need to change the message.

And sometimes we need to work on the part of you that's still scared to stand behind both.
