For over a decade, I built my career in marketing, growing communities, and helping tech startups scale. I had my own freelance marketing business during lockdown and I was running a successful business!

But I burnt out trying to do it all (with two young kids and multiple clients). After multiple burn outs something had to change. I came across Breathwork, Sound Healing and Energy healing, and these modalities helped me reconnect with myself and heal parts of me that I didn’t even realise needed healing!

I was opened up to a different way of doing business. I reconnected with my body, my boundaries, and my deeper mission. That’s when everything shifted.

I took a leap and quit marketing for a full year. During that time, I trained as a Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Healer, building on my existing Reiki Master training. I devoted myself to growing my own holistic wellness business from the ground up, using the very tools I now share with others.

Over the past year, I’ve proved it’s possible to build a thriving heart-led business with community, collaboration, and authenticity at the centre.

From renting a tiny yoga studio for my first soundbath to filling larger venues, being booked for corporate and charity events even collaborating with influencers, it’s all grown from being in alignment with myself.
