Why Me?
I'm Charlotte Simmons and I've been on a long journey of self-discovery. I launched my first business when I was just 23 years old, raised money through crowdfunding and got accepted onto a business accelerator. I hired a salesperson and began working with large clients in the automotive space. I then spent the next 10 years working with fast-growing technology startups helping them with their marketing strategy and community growth.
I went freelance in 2020 during lockdown and spent two years building up my marketing business but I also had two young kids and I ended up burnt out and lost. I'd forgotten about what I was truly passionate about and what kind of work really lights me up.
I started working with a Business / Life coach and a few months later I met a Shaman / Spiritual Mentor and started working with her too. These two mentors helped me to peel back all my layers and reconnect with who I was before I was a business owner and a mother.
I remembered who I was, and this re-connection helped my business to evolve and flourish in ways I couldn't have imagined.
I've developed a framework based on my own experience to help my clients transform their lives and their businesses.

Ways To Work With Me
12 Week Container

Begin your journey to balance with my 12 weeks 1-2-1 container. You'll have two calls per month and I'll work with you to build the foundations of the ideal work/life balance.
We'll focus on techniques to manage stress and optimise your nervous system, setting the stage for abundance.
This package is ideal if you are looking to create immediate changes in how you manage your energy, ensuring that both your life and work flow more smoothly.
This package includes one Conscious Connected Breathwork session.
Six Month Coaching

Six months together gives us much more time to create daily habits that become a lifestyle change. We will have two calls per month and you will have access to me via Telegram in between our calls.
Our coaching time together will include two Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions where we will peel back the layers and re-connect you with yourself.
The other ten sessions will be based on my O.R.A.C.L.E framework:

After working with my own coach for 12 months that was where I saw the huge shifts in my own personal and professional development.
This is my most extensive programme and is aimed at integrating profound life changes that cater to both your business goals and personal health.
We will regulate your nervous system so that you are living a life full of abundance. We will also delve deep into your business to make sure you are attracting your ideal clients and your business is growing to new heights.
This package is perfect for you if you are committed to making substantial, life changes and are looking to have a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle.
Over the twelve months we will combine Breathwork / Energy Healing and Sound Healing With Life and Business Coaching, transforming the way you live and work.
Group Course

My next Group Course starts on June 5th and will be based on my framework O.R.A.C.L.E.
During the six sessions you will learn how to Overcome Overwhelm, Reconnect with your Roots, Align for Abundance, Carry yourself with Confidence, Let go of Limiting Beliefs and Emrace Evolution.
You will also have access to an exclusive Telegram community, a space where we share our wins, get advice on challenges we are facing and fully support each other as our businesses grow and flourish.
All sessions are recorded so if you can't join live, you can watch them back and implement all the learnings.

Step into the world of Breathwork, Sound Baths and Reiki healing with me. I am a trained Breathwork Facilaitor, Reiki Healder and I have a diploma in Sound Therapy.
After working in the fast paced, pressurised startup world for many years, I know what it feels like to experience burn out.
Taking time out to connect with myself through Breathwork and Sound enabled me to be more productive and motivated at work.
